NEW BOOK ALERT: ‘Inferno’ By Dan Brown

Inferno Dan Brown

I went out to dinner last week with a couple of my fellow 5 P!NK Ave ladies and in the middle of dinner I checked my email and started clapping. You should have seen the look on Toya Chanel’s face when I said all of my excitement was because my pre-order of Dan Brown’s Inferno was available.

Dan Brown is most popular for his books turned films, The DaVinci Code and Angels and Demons. I love the way he weaves history into a suspenseful page-turner. You are actually learning while reading.

In his newest release, Brown weaves a tale inspired by Dante’s classic, The Divine Comedy. He is on a quest to find a deadly virus before it infects the world. I’ve started this book and so far so good! If you haven’t jumped on the Dan Brown bandwagon yet please do so. I promise you’ll be a fan for life.

From Amazon:

In his international blockbusters The Da Vinci Code, Angels & Demons, and The Lost Symbol, Dan Brown masterfully fused history, art, codes, and symbols. In this riveting new thriller, Brown returns to his element and has crafted his highest-stakes novel to date.

In the heart of Italy, Harvard professor of symbology Robert Langdon is drawn into a harrowing world centered on one of history’s most enduring and mysterious literary masterpieces . . . Dante’s Inferno.

Against this backdrop, Langdon battles a chilling adversary and grapples with an ingenious riddle that pulls him into a landscape of classic art, secret passageways, and futuristic science. Drawing from Dante’s dark epic poem, Langdon races to find answers and decide whom to trust . . . before the world is irrevocably altered.
